PTE General
- Designed to assess general English skills for personal, professional, and academic growth.
- Often used for job applications and English learning, but not for visas or university admissions.

- Format: Two parts –

  2. Spoken Test (Face-to-face interview)
- No fixed score; the results are graded as Pass, Merit, or Distinction

- Designed for UK visa applications (family, work, and settlement visas).
- Accepted by the UK Home Office.
- Duration: 22 minutes
- Format: Computer-based Speaking and Listening test only –
